Referral Fee Programs
AEX Commercial Financing Group has developed two commercial real estate loan officer training and referral fee programs that will provide business advisors with new options for assisting their clients. These programs should be especially helpful to residential mortgage loan brokers who have experienced a dramatic reduction in their business income.
The AEX Business Advisor Referral Fee Program allows anyone to refer
business financing opportunities and receive compensation upon
completion of financing. With this program, AEX performs all of the
necessary work, so it is not necessary for the referring advisor to
have a detailed knowledge of business loan requirements (and a license
is not required to receive referral fees from AEX).
With the AEX Business Loan and Commercial Mortgage Training Program, AEX is offering an expedited fee-based service that helps prospective business finance loan officers acquire essential skills. The AEX Business Advisor Referral Fee Program can be used to produce short-term income until brokers complete the AEX Training Program.
